Foppe Visual Communication, a company specializing in environmental branding and signage, has put the finishing touches on a project for Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, IL.
This job was an opportunity for our company to work in harmony with the hospital to create a cohesive brand that reflected their image accurately. JCH was adding an emergency room entrance, and the realization occurred that the look of their campus-wide signs was not unified. With the addition already underway, the hospital simultaneously made a decision to invest in an update of their brand and signage. A fresh look for their campus meant a logo that would encompass the wellness center, women’s center, and also the hospital’s identity as a whole.
Foppe Visual was able to creatively meet the needs of the hospital through the design and installation of new interior and exterior signs. These display the logo, which was custom-made to meet Jersey Community Hospital’s needs. A large halo glow sign is the noticeable focal point, making the hospital’s name clearly recognizable to patrons and community members alike. The placement of the building itself can be a bit of a difficulty to those who have never visited, so wayfinding signs were strategically laid out in order to lend more functionality to the campus. Along with these large additions outside the building, Foppe Visual was also able to add some more subtle accents. Vinyl room letters were added to certain units within the hospital.
